Are dogs allowed in the Village?

 

Belmont Park Village is pet-friendly. We love welcoming four-legged guests, as long as they stay on a leash while exploring with their owners.

 

 

How can I return an item?

Do you have ATMs?

 

We currently do not have an ATMs at The Village. The Village boutiques accept payment in a variety of forms, such as Visa, American Express, and Discover cards, cash, and Apple Pay.

 

 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

 

We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Village.

 

 

Can I leave my luggage somewhere?

 

Absolutely! You can store your luggage with our Concierge at the Village North Entrance. You can reach the Concierge directly at +1 (516) 421-4907 or Concierge@BelmontParkVillage.com.

 

 

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

 

We do not currently offer Gift Cards for purchase in the Village. Please check back regularly for updates as this service will be coming soon.

 

 

Is there a Belmont Park Village membership program?

 

Launching soon, our membership community will be the first to hear about exclusive offers and receive priority access to events and sales. Members will also enjoy a host of special, tailor-made experiences to enhance their experience at Belmont Park Village.

Where can I find a map of the Village?

 

Village maps are available with our Concierge at the Village North Entrance.

 

 

Where can I park?

 

There is complimentary parking available for all guests of Belmont Park Village. Upon arrival, look for signs for Belmont Park Garage and follow the prompts for Village Parking.

 

 

Do I have to pay to park?

 

Parking is complimentary for guests of the Village during Belmont Park Village operating hours.

On most days, the gates will be open, and you can pull right into the garage without a ticket.

 

Please note, the garage will begin charging one hour past Village operating hours or during an event at UBS Arena. If parking on days when there is an event on at the arena, please be sure to take a parking ticket. Guests departing by 8:00 p.m. will not be charged.

 

 

Can I bring my bike to the Village?

 

For guests arriving by bike, there are racks located at either end of the Belmont Park Garage, situated across from the Village North Entrance, for you to safely store your bike while you discover the Village.

Once you enter, the Village itself is designed as a pedestrianized area.

 

 

How do I get to the Village by train?

 

Trains run regularly to the Village on the LIRR from Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. For more information on transportation options, please click here.

 

How do I get from the train station to the Village?

 

Upon arrival at Elmont-UBS Arena station, you will see a complimentary Belmont Park Village shuttle waiting to transport you to the Village’s South Entrance. Shuttles run continuously between the Village’s South Entrance and the train station, available for both arrivals and departures. For more information, please click here. (Link to travel page)

 

 

How do I call an uber from the Village?

 

The rideshare drop-off location is at the South Entrance, at 2601 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003, USA. The pickup point is also at the South Entrance.
