Available seven days a week at both the North and South Entrances, the Concierge team is here to help. Whether you need directions, boutique recommendations, or general information, assistance is always close by.

Hands-free Shopping

All the joy of shopping in-person. None of the heavy lifting.

Shopping should feel effortless. From your first purchase to your last, we’ll handle your shopping bags so you can enjoy the Village, hands-free.

Sign up when you arrive at the Concierge or scan the QR code in any boutique to get started.

Then, show your digital form at the point of purchase in the boutiques, and we’ll collect your shopping bags while you continue to explore the Village.

You can track your bags throughout your visit—just let us know 30 minutes before you’re ready to leave, and we’ll have everything waiting for you at the Concierge, ready to load straight into your car or take with you on the train.

Complimentary Parking

Park with ease in our Belmont Park Garage, right at the North Entrance,

which offers complimentary parking for guests arriving by car.

Complimentary Shuttle

Our complimentary shuttle runs continuously between the Village’s South Entrance and the Elmont-UBS Arena train station for a smooth arrival and departure.

UBS Arena Delivery

Heading to an Islanders game? No problem!

If you’ve used Hands-free Shopping in the Village, we’ll deliver your bags right to you at UBS Arena.
When you are ready to leave, stop by the Isles Lab Team Store to pick up your bags. The Isles Lab is located on the main concourse, outside section 104, across from the Heineken Red Star Bar.
