Hands-free Shopping (HFS) Terms and Conditions for Guests

 

 

By using our Hands-Free Shopping Service, you agree to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you are willingly giving your purchased goods to a representative of Belmont Park Village and that you are responsible for collecting all goods and verifying your purchases at the end of the day. You must collect your bags at the end of the end of each day before the Concierge closes. Upon collecting your purchased goods, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that your use of the Hands Free Shopping Service is concluded. By providing your signature, you agree that you have collected all your purchased goods in their original condition. If you are using this Hands-Free Shopping Service while attending an event at UBS Arena, pick up will be at the Isles Lab Customization Station inside UBS Arena. Belmont Park Village is not responsible for any lost or damaged items as a result of your use of the Hands-Free Shopping Service.

 

 

Luggage Hold Service Terms and Conditions for Guests

 

 

By using our Luggage Hold Service, you agree to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you are willingly giving your Luggage to a representative of Belmont Park Village and that you are responsible for collecting all Luggage and verifying your belongings at the end of the day. You must collect your bags at the end of the end of each day before the Concierge closes. Belmont Park Village is not responsible for any lost or damaged items as a result of your use of the luggage hold Service.
