Belmont Park Village Membership Launch Sweepstakes

The following terms and conditions (collectively, the “Official Rules”) shall apply to the Belmont Park Village Membership Launch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. All eligibility is further subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of BPV Retail TRS, LLC (the “Sponsor”). No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase or impact your chances of winning. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win.

How to Participate: The Sweepstakes period begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 11, 2026 and ends at 7:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). You may enter the Sweepstakes by signing up for Belmont Park Village Membership within the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible participant who completes one of these actions will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants may only enter once during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

To enter without making a purchase or registering for marketing communications, participants may use the Alternative Method of Entry described below (“AMOE”). To enter using an AMOE, on a plain 3” x 5” index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address, and mail your completed 3” x 5” index card to Belmont Park Village, 15 Verbena Avenue, Floral Park, NY 11001, Attn: Belmont Park Village Membership Launch Sweepstakes. To be considered eligible in the Sweepstakes, AMOE entries must be postmarked no later than May 11, 2026 and received by Sponsor prior to June 18, 2026. Each AMOE received that meets the requirements of these Official Rules will be considered as one (1) entry for that entrant. Each AMOE will be counted equally with entries submitted through purchase or registration.

By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing containing all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on June 17, 2026. Sponsor’s decision is based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and is final and binding in all respects. The Winner will receive a two (2)-night stay for two (2) guests at Mission Pacific, dinner for two (2) at Valle (excluding alcohol, gratuity, and additional à la carte add-ons), two (2) round-trip economy flights, a two hundred dollar ($200) Uber ride credit, and a fifty dollar ($50) Belmont Park Village gift card (collectively, the “Prize”). Approximate retail value of the Prize: $3,550.00. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize must be redeemed within one (1) year of the promotion end date and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply, including December 20, 2026 through January 1, 2027. Valle is closed on Sundays and Mondays; dinner reservations must be scheduled accordingly. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. No substitution or exchange of the Prize (or any portion thereof) will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Travel arrangements, incidental expenses, and any costs not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The Winner will be notified on June 17, 2026, by 7:00 p.m. ET. The Winner shall be notified by Sponsor at the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry submission form (exact medium of notification to be determined by Sponsor). If the Winner is unreachable by June 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET, or if the Winner is unavailable to accept the Prize, an alternate Winner may be selected by the Sponsor. The Prize is nontransferable.

By claiming the Prize, the Winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of the Winner’s name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and/or municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which the Sponsor may deem appropriate. The Winner and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release BPV Retail Holdings, LLC, New York Belmont Retail Partners, LLC, BPV Retail TRS, LLC, BPV Garage Holdings, LLC, BPV Retail Holdings, LLC, and Oceanside Beach Resort Owner,

LLC and each of the foregoing’s respective affiliates from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries (including as a result of the novel COVID-19 virus), damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of the Prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules at any time without prior notice. Any federal, state, and local taxes and expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
